Return& Refund
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and come with all original tags and their original packaging. If not, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees, and no refund will be issued. (If the original strap attached to the U-part wig is cut off, or the wig has been washed and dyed, the item will not be considered in unused condition)
- Online purchases (gifts excluded) made through Eileenhair.com are valid for exchange and return within 30 days from the date you've received all your item(s).
- We will process your refund within 24 hours after we receive and inspect your returned package. A refund will be directly issued to your original payment account within 7 days.
