Can I dye or bleach the 12A hair?
A: Yes. usually the hair can be dyed below into blonde color #27. As a general rule, it is easier to darken the hair than to lighter the hair. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions as you will get the results you want, coloring them yourself always poses a high risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can not get to in a salon, always use a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first.
When will my order be delivered?
Delivery time:
To Oman, Saudi Arabia, UAE: 12 work days
To Brazil: 30 work days
To other countries in Latin America: 20 work days
To European countries: 12 work days
Can I Return my product?
Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition.
What does "returned in the original condition" mean?
This means the hair extensions have:
✓ Hair has NOT been washed, conditioned, installed, colored, bleached or worn.
✓ Wig has NOT been washed, conditioned, installed, colored, bleached or worn
Please Note: The Customized Wig Can't be Returned.
What can I do if my ITEM NOT DELIVERED?
Delivery on the way:
1. Parcel seized by customs: It is buyer's duty to do customs clearance. Please contact the customs first once it has been seized. If you need any documents to clear customs(such as invoice), contact us to get the help.
2. Status of shipment stagnated for a long time: If status of the parcel stagnated for a long time, we advise you to contact your local shipping company first, of course, we will also ask our local shipping agent to check your order. You can keep in touch with us until it is delivered safely.
